THE BEGGARS AND THE CHOOSERS
A Different View by Loise Neville
WE SPEAK OF THE WORKING CLASS and the ruling class. These are
feudalistic terms left over from the days when most people slaved on the
land to support an idle nobility. Let us take a second look at the power
pyramid which forms our society. I maintain that it is instead an interlocking
pyramid of beggars with an invisible ruler at the top. Far out? Let's look.
Workers? Everyone in the world is a working person with the possible exception
of those for whom our economic system is named, the capitalists, whose excess
funds, called capital, works for them. They work by gambling. They are permitted
to help finance the economy by gambling on the money value of stocks and
bonds which help to finance corporations and governments. They work at acquiring,
sustaining and using knowledge of the capitalist money system. Their food,
clothing and shelter needs are based on successful gambling.
Everyone else, at whatever income level, works by "begging for their
bread." Jobholders survive by begging someone to allow them to work
for him or her , as the case may be, so that with the money these care to
give the jobholder can buy food, clothing and shelter. Others higher in
the pyramid manufacture a product and beg wholesalers to buy it. Some sell
other people's products and beg the public to buy them. Some work with government
and beg the populace to allow them to continue their jobs for another four
or six years while of course begging others to give them money with which
to do so.
Some just beg. They sit at the bottom of the pyramid; an interlocking, interdependent
power pyramid of beggar-workers, whose status and life style is based upon
the amount of money they collect and the pecking order of power over other
beggars they are able to obtain. We classify these as the elite. Those with
free choice, the choosers, the rulers. They are not rulers.
Who are the rulers? Behind this facade the real rulers operate unnoticed.
At the top of the pyramid, they operate as a secret world government, a
single entity which pulls the strings and, unseen, controls, unnoticed,
everyone in the game from lowest worker to the poorest of nations. These
are those who control the money supply for all, the international banks.
Economists Greg Fieger and Danny Lipsiger declare in their book International
Finance: Development and Economic Pressure: "The world is a creation
of international bankers and changes in the international system. . . the
international bankers are stateless international governments."
Economists across the board, regardless of political preference, agree that
a monolithic independent syndicate of so-called Eurobanks, allied only with
the Bank of International Settlements (the BIS) in Switzerland, has controlled
in detail, since 1962, if not before, the economies of all nations. They
decide which nations should raise or lower their interest rates and all
other policies.
So those Americans who are fretting the Federal Reserve System are living
in the past, and like Don Quixote, fighting windmills. The Federal Reserve
System was founded way back in 1913 when the United States had an independent
economy. It now functions as mere servant. The U.S. economy is now controlled
from outside the U.S. If citizens wish to be effective they must cease fighting
the past and deal with the present.
In 1962, the International Monetary Fund Banks (IMF), action arm of the
BIS, gathered together all major nations into a group called the Group of
Ten to advise them on the conduct of their economic and political activities.
So that they would act in concert, this symposium, through its client states,
increasingly came to dictate all world events into a synchronicity of policies
that all nations were forced to follow in detail.
Refusal to do so meant economic failure for the rebellious nation. This
Group of Ten, headquartered in Switzerland, became, in fact, the world ruler.
No, you didn't hear about it. Only one section called the Group of Seven
received occasional mention; otherwise meetings were held in secret. The
Group of Ten major nations created the EEC (European Economic Community),
NAFTA (the North American Free Trade Agreement), and GATT, the General Agreement
on Trade and Tariffs, which sets rules for all nations. Having accomplished
this, the group of Ten is supposedly defunct, no longer listed in reference
books on international organizations: EEC, NAFTA, and GATT. All these are
based on finance. GATT is the world lawmaker.
If you have wondered why so many changes are now occurring, that's why!
It's the new world economic system based upon the theory that what's good
for business is good for the world. It is called "The New World Order."
It is responsible for the war against Iraq, as President Bush admitted;
the war in Bosnia, the "civil wars" in other former Soviet countries
and other civil wars around the world. It is responsible for the "Contract
With America." The aim is reorganization of the world for the benefit
of world corporate businesses which fund the monopoly banking system.
Banks are indeed important! But what about "American Banks"? According
to the financial pages of the press, there are none. All major U.S. banks
are now "Eurobanks," members of the independent banking monopoly.
The small banks which remain are allied with them in an international banking
chain. The Federal Reserve Banks no longer hold power in America; they follow
the dictates of the internationals as, in fact, they have since 1962 when
the IMF founded the Group of Ten.
DID A PINEAPPLE DO IT?
Did you ever wonder how a truck placed outside the "bombproof"
Oklahoma State Federal Building could have dug a hole inside that edifice
instead of destroying the side of the building where the truck was parked?
I watched a primetime August TV interview of a man who declared that it
was not that truck loaded with fertilizer which did the deed, but two military
pineapple bombs, one placed inside the building, one at the front. According
to him, the pineapple bomb is a military special, constructed and acquired
only from the military, the most powerful military bomb in existence. He
hinted at direct military involvement for the purpose of creating terror,
which would give excuse for an added police and military presence in the
U.S. If anyone caught the identity of the man or has addition information,
please let me know through NCX.
Inconceivable perhaps, but by coincidence the economists who predicted this
period of our history declared that a frightened populace and a heavy military
presence were essential to put the new world order successfully in place.
Bruno Leon, in "Nationalism: Opposing Viewpoints," while warning
about the problems the new world order might create, stated, "World
government is possible, worldwide despotism is probable. If the threat of
universal destruction is greater than universal despotism, people would
accept world despotism."
Which may have nothing to do with the Oklahoma bombing, but it's something
to think about while watching the scary crime-oriented TV news which does
suggest that we are a besieged populace whose only true friends are the
police.
