Less than a mile south of Red Barn (down the hill and up the other side), is a parking area on the west side of Highway 1 with a gate blocking a ranch trail at the south end. Park, go through the gate (always remember to leave gates the way you find them), and follow the trail down Cardiac Hill. It's a long slope but the incline is fairly gentle. At least, on the way down.
This is a very popular location due to the good shore picking. If someone dives this location, I wouldn't have a clue why. It's close to the Russian River and pretty much has lousy vis all season. But it is part of the third (?) largest reef off the California coast line and there are lots of abs to be found.
