Factory Seconds
Our quality control standards are very high, so we sometimes reject capos and other products based on very minor cosmetic flaws. Products offered here are perfectly functional, and in most cases their cosmetic flaws are slight.
PLEASE NOTE, these are offered on an "as available" basis. We do not always have seconds available in all models and styles. Availability changes from day to day, so it is not always practical to update that status on this page. If we do not currently have a second available in the style you have ordered, we will email you asking if you will accept a different style.
It might take us a couple of days or so to find the one you want. So unlike our regular product line, we cannot always promise shipping within two business days, but we will do the best we can.
