CANYON CREEK DEPOT -- Vallejo, CA
1973

Canyon Creek Depot was to be the first phase of an 'historic' district north of downtown Vallejo, California. The relocated Southern Pacific depot was to anchor the first phase of a nine acre recreational and commercial project-including a rail theme restaurant/bar/retail/museum with a caboose and full dome car at the restored depot.

RTR&DC provided full planning and design services and built a model. The project was never advanced beyond delivery of the depot and dome car due to environmental and political complications.
