Submission of Photos assignment

The purpose of this form is to allow you to submit the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) for your homework page which links to your Website. I will be assiging points for the images you have added to your site. Feel free to include a note about what pages contain the images, and what you did to each image. also indicate on the homework page where the linked thumbnails can be found.

The form asks you for the URL of your homework page. Since most of you are using "student" our campus server to load the pages your URL will be
http://student.santarosa.edu/~username/158/homework.html (the username part will be unique to your account).

The easiest way to enter your URL correctly is to go to your website, highlight the address in the location box at the top of the browser window, select Edit > Copy. Then return to this form, find the box which asks for your URL, place your cursor in the box, select Edit > Paste. The URL will be pasted in the code automatically. Thanks for all your hard work.

If for some reason you cannot make the form work, or if you accidentally enter the incorrect address.
