In this part of Nepal the "roads" are mountain trails. I found the absence of internal combustion engines to be very refreshing. Other than the occasional yak train we only shared the path with other walkers. On our passage toward Annapurna Sanctuary we got this stunning view of Dhauligiri, the worlds 7th highest peak at 26,795ft, (8167 m).
