CAR-LITE WAIVER OF LIABILITY

 I hereby indemnify and hold harmless and release from all claims, Car-Lite, the Car-Lite Board of Directors, Car-Lite staff and volunteers, from any and all liability for any injury, either real or perce ived, suffered by myself or my minor child arising from our connection with Car-Lite events and I assume all risk for any injuries received.
