School Traffic Forum Agenda

Traffic reduction is getting a lot of attention at a handful of Sonoma County schools this Spring. Let’s use these activities to get a dialog going at each and every school!

Designed to stimulate coordinated action, the three hour event will:

  • Quickly showcase existing initiatives like the ones at Analy High School, Gunn High School in Palo Alto and Marin’s Safe Routes to School

  • Introduce resources, tested strategies and upcoming opportunities such as International Walk and Roll Week (October 2006)

  • Brainstorm how attention can be brought to bear in your community

  • Develop next steps for schools, interested groups and individuals

RSVPs requested asap. For further information or to volunteer, please contact Portia Sinnott or Sammy Nasr of Car-Lite and Community Bikes at 707 579-5811 or carlite at sonic.net.

Additional sponsors very welcome. Car-Lite is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and all donations are tax-deductible.
