Hours:
Sales and billing are open 8:00am-5:00pm PDT, Monday through Friday.
Support is available 6:00am-11:00pm PDT Monday through Friday and 8:00am-10:00pm PDT Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that our office is closed from 2:00pm - 3:00pm the first Friday of every month for our general staff meeting, and our Technical Support Department is closed 2:00pm - 3:00pm every Friday for their weekly discussion meeting.

In Santa Rosa, take the CA-12 exit West towards Sebastopol.
Take the Stony Point Road exit.
Turn left on Stony Point Road.
Turn right on Sebastopol Road.
Turn left on Corporate Center Parkway.
Turn left on Apollo Way.
Sonic.net is located in the second building to your right. Use the second driveway to access our main entrance.
