Booking Procedure
We have a reservation staff available year round. Our staff is fully capable
of handling any questions you may have and making on the spot reservations.At
the time. of booking, we will inform you of the total cost of your vacation
and payment schedule. A credit card is needed to secure your reservation
Deposit
Two (2) nights gross lodgings shall arrive in our office within ten (10) days
of the booking date. If deposit is not received within the allotted time,
we will not be obligated to honor the booking unless other payment arrangements
are made in advance of the due date. All bookings made 45 days or less prior
to arrival require payment in full express
mailed immediately to us to validate and secure the booking, Payments not
received at our office within five (5) days of the booking date will subject
the booking to cancellation and all appropriate fees involved You will
have the option of paying with a personal check (time permitting) or paying by bank check or money order. Upon receipt of deposit you will receive a reservation
confirmation and schedule of final payment. A security and damage deposit
of $1000 is required prior to arrival. This can be in the form of a signed
credit card form. This will be held and cashed only if there are any charges.
Final Payment
Shall arrive in office of Classic Ski Homes (45) days prior to arrival date.
If payment is not received by the due date, we are not obligated to honor
the booking unless other payment arrangements are made prior to the due date.
Non-payment of either deposit or final payment within the time periods outlined
shall be treated as a cancellation and the appropriate cancellation fees shall
be assessed against the booking. Upon receipt of final payment you will
receive a "paid in full" confirmation immediately. All check-ins
take place at the property.
Groups
No rowdy groups or unaccompanied minors will be accepted UNIT AVAILABILITY: Units
are assigned with a first come first served basis.
Reservations
It is your responsibility to notify us if there is a change in a reservation.
Once a reservation is made you will be held fully accountable for all monies
due. You will be held fully accountable to follow all rules. It is your responsibility
to follow our guidelines.
Cancellation
If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival date a $50 per unit
cancellation fee is assessed. 31-60 days prior to arrival an amount equal
to two nights lodging is assessed. 30 days or less prior to arrival, the full
amount of booking is forfeited. If we are able to re-book the space, only
a $50 cancellation fee per unit will be assessed. This policy is in effect
from the date the reservation is made.
No Snow Policy
If less than 3 of the 7 Ski Resorts accessible from Salt Lake City are open
less than 50% we will refund your money less a $50 handling fee. If
you exceed the maximum number of persons per unit as stipulated in our booking
agreements, you will be charged $50 per person per night.
