Part Time Receptionist
Description
PM Shift - Monday through Friday, 12pm to 5pm.This position is extremely important to Sonic.net. You are expected to present an appropriate image of Sonic.net professionally and competently. Pleasant interaction with our clients and their request is required. This position requires answering and directing incoming inquiries made by phone or in person. Your appearance is important and appropriate attire is required. You must be able to multitask. Sonic.net does not tolerate tardiness or excess absenteeism.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients in person or by telephone
- Establish the nature of their visit or call
- Direct clients to the appropriate department
- Provide general information to assist clients
- Take accurate and precise messages
- E-mail messages to the appropriate person or department
- Determine amount of payment due
- Process incoming mail
- Organize, post and send outgoing mail
- Inform recipients of mail and/or package arrivals
Requirements
- Typing skills
- Basic computer experience
- Able to multitask
- Pleasant manner
- Good presentation
- Great communication skills
- Work accurately and neatly
- Great organizational skills
- Able to work without supervision
