HOW WE OPERATE
In effect, a Buyer or Seller or Both hire us. Our function is to bring information to a qualified prospect so they can make an intelligent decision. We try to create a package which gives you the information we would like if we were looking. Sometimes we also put together a brief package on another office's listing because of their not creating one or to correct inaccurate information. We offer good credibility without puffery.
We specialize in North Sonoma County and Southern Mendocino estate or recreational properties. We handle the majority of sales of large properties in this area. All of this area is under 3 hours from San Francisco. Appreciation has been strong. We have owned property here since 1975. We have the toys (four 4x4's, light stepping all-terrain vehicles with rubber tracks), the hindsight and a few skills like being able to fly airplanes or helicopters to help you buy or sell. Living in the center of our market in the country, helps. We have over 300 acres adjacent to Lake Sonoma. Our neighbors are deer, pigs, quail, etc. Our water supply is a spring.
The properties in this area vary from remote weekend retreats to estate sites. The terrain varies from very rugged to rolling Sonoma Mountains. Most have spectacular views. The weather is very good. Very little fog. Rainfall from November through February is heavy. Between storms is possibly the nicest time of the year. Many do not have PG&E. We can show you what the alternatives are.
The more you can paint me a word picture of what you see in your minds' eye of yourself needing or enjoying, the more I can help. I do see everything that is available in this area.
We will go out of our area as a Buyers Broker. Typically it is for a client who is strong on finances and short on time looking for a large property with a specific criteria such as hunting. I am capable of evaluating any property but it typically has been in the western United States. These are done with a separate contract covering the Buyers objectives and my income and expenses.
