This method is useful after a sudden, inexplicable loss of concentration. It works in response to a hypnotic like effect of an electronic mind control system. If you find yourself becoming drowsy while you are reading, use this method.
This technique should be done as soon as you notice you are becoming drowsy if you want to recover a memory of the hypnotic suggestion.
1. The right hand goes to the left knee.
All fingers are extended straight and away from each other. The first and third fingers step forward. The third finger touches the upper inside of the knee This point is at the insertion of the Vastus medialis. This is a low spot between the muscle and the knee cap. It is on the medial side of the upper medial corner of the knee cap. Touch this muscle-tendon area with the finger tip.
At the same time, the left hand goes behind the head. All fingers are extended straight and away from each other. The third finger steps forward and touches the midline of the occiput. This point is about one and one half cun above the nape of the neck on the occiput at the junction with the cervical vertebrae. A cun is a relative measure of length that is used in traditional Chinese medicine. It is the breadth of the thumb in the middle at the crease. Hold both hands in this position for a few seconds.
2. Move quickly to the second position. The left hand is horizontal in front of the solar plexis. The palm faces up. All fingers are extended straight and away from each other. The first and third fingers step forward. The center of the palm is at the center of the midline.
The right hand is aligned with the midline. All fingers are extended straight and away from each other. The fingers point upward. The right hand is above the palm of the left hand and does not touch. The first and third fingers step forward. Hold the position for a few seconds. This position is reversed for a woman.
3. Repeat #1 with hands reversed. The left hand goes to the left knee on the insertion of the Vastus medialis. The right hand goes to the midline at the base of the occiput.
4. Repeat #2.
When you are in step four, you will be most likely to recover a memory of any hypnotic suggestion which has just been planted by an electronic mind control system. If this method brings relief from drowsiness, it is an indication of a possible hypnotic influence. The kind of electronic system that does this may cause a sudden need for vitamin D. Consult your doctor if you choose to use vitamin D supplements.
