| The Bell Village mixed-use project includes 387 rental
apartments and townhomes to be built in
phases. In addition 80,000 square feet
of commercial space including a super-
market and a pharmacy are planned.
Streescape design was completed including
a pedestrian plaza, two traffic roundabouts
on Old Redwood Highway, and reverse
angle parking in conjuction with bike lanes
