For people with (and supporters of) CFIDS/ME. Our
"newcomer's" meetings provide an opportunity to meet other CFIDS/FMS
patients and informally share information and hugs. Our speaker's meetings
bring a talented member of the community to you to discuss one of a variety
of (hopefully) helpful perspectives in the management of CFIDS/FMS.
Meetings
A regular support group meeting is held 6 times a year on Wednesdays evenings
from 6-7 PM. We especially encourage newcomers to come to these meetings.
These Newcomer/sharing meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of February,
April, June, Aug, October and December. resentations
by speakers on various topics are held several times a year on the afternoon
of the second Saturday of a month. Speaker meetings are held on
the 2nd Saturday of January, March, May, September and November. Please
call the hotline to confirm any meeting and to find out exact meeting
times!
- Wednesday meetings are usually held in the ground floor boardroom
at Lyon Real Estate, 2580 Fair Oaks Blvd at Fulton Ave, Sacramento,
CA 95825 (map).
- Saturday meetings are usually held in 3rd floor conference room at
the Med Clinic, 3160 Folsom Blvd At Alhambra, Sacramento, CA 95816 (map).

Comments
Speaker and newcomer meetings are free. Membership expenses for
the quarterly newsletter are $15.00 per year (2003). If you would like
to volunteer your assistance in running meetings and/or other group tasks
please contact us. We have been in existence since 1986 as a support group
and as an important advocacy group at the state and federal level.
