The Sonoma County Knitting Guild currently has three types of meetings: Executive Board
Meetings The Executive Board is involved in the long-range planning of the SCKG, as well as the planning of the twice-yearly retreats and the annual Knitout and community education programs. SCKG members are welcome to attend board meetings. These meetings are usually scheduled on a weekend day, and may be at a board member's home or at a restaurant over lunch. The quarterly or so meetings are announced in the monthly newsletter and the SoCoKnits list.
Daytime and Knit-at-Nights
(KANs) KANS are get-togethers of SCKG members and the general knitting & crocheting public. No real SCKG business is conducted, just people getting together to knit and chat. For the current KANs schedule, please see our KANs page.
