AS and Psych book!

Forgot to mention this... While I was at Borders today, I ran across a new release I'd only read about briefly on the web -- Asperger's Syndrome and Psychotherapy This really excited me, as one of my oldest perseverations is human behavior, and mixing two perseverations is like mental orgasm, LOL

I'll post a bit of a review or thoughts on it as soon as I've read enough to say. :) I'm really looking forward to this one, I hope that it is accurate or at least not a nightmare mix of nasty stereotypes.

I'm looking forward to a review of it! As you know, I've had tons of PsyTx over the course of my life, mostly a total waste of time and money. After finding out about AS, I thought "no wonder it was a waste of time - they weren't talking to who they thought they were talking to." Which led me to wonder if there actually is some sort of PsyTx that could be effective with/helpful for adult aspies.

I've just been browsing through it when I get the chance, but from what I have seen it is possibly the best AS book I've come across. Absolutely worth the money... I'd explain more or put in some quotes, except I'm in a lot of pain from some sinus/tooth issues, and can't think straight. :-p
