Account Description

This account resides under a main account such as Basic Internet Access, ISDN, Business or Business Advantage. While a main account gives you dialup, ISDN or DSL access to the internet, as well as providing you at least 1 email account, an add-on E-mail account will provide you with 4 additional mailboxes, which are used as a storage place for email as it arrives at Sonic's mail servers. We sell them in blocks of 4.

Why Get An Email Only Account

This is a reasonably priced option for families or small businesses who want to have separate email boxes for each person. Each person can set up their own E-Mail program to check their own boxes.

Requirements

Basic Internet Service, ISDN, Business or Business Advantage account. Please note that some accounts already come with additional free E-Mail mailboxes, please check your account type info for details. If you have free E-Mail mailboxes due to you, the automated setup in the User Tools will not ask you for a credit card number.

How to Sign Up

Please go to the Sonic Account Manager and click on the
"Create and Manage Add-on Email Accounts" link to add and remove mailbox accounts.

Additional Account Information

• To prevent Spamming there is a limit of 100 messages per day.
• There is an additional charge of $0.25 per message over that.
• If you have a need to go over this, please contact us beforehand.
• Spam is not allowed on Sonic, please read our AUP for more information.
