2008 Breedings and Availability

Gordon Setters

1. We have bred Wyld Gypsy Bright Star, JH to Forever Wyld Bright Star, JH.  Gypsy was Gordon Setter Club of America Field Puppy of the Year for 2002 and Wyley was Field Puppy of the Year for 1999.  Gypsy is OFA Excellent and Wyley is OFA Good.  Litter is due after May 15, 2008 and will be whelped and raised at Bright Star,  This is Gypsy's second litter; Wyley's offspring are proving themselves in both the field and the show ring.  Reservations now being accepted. 

2.  Ch. Stirling's Legacy, JH (Jazz) has been bred to Ch. Stirling's Midnight Rambler (Jagger.)  Both parents reside with owner Cindy McGovern in Leander, TX.  Cindy will whelp and raise the litter.  Pups are due after June 15, 2008.  You may contact Cindy directly at clmcgovern@aol.com or 512-778-9409.

3. We plan to breed Riot, Stirling's Wyld Bright Star, JH in the fall.  Sire TBA.  Litter will be whelped and raised at Bright Star.

 Irish Setters

1.  Mex. Ch. Starbrite Vabrill Bright Star (Chac) whelped a litter of six male and seven female pups on March 10, 2007, sired by Am/Can/Mex/Intl Ch. Starbrite Marvel Bright Star, JH (Journey).  Litter was raised at Bright Star.  One male pup is still available.  He is not a show dog but he is has a great personality and is extremely handsome, intelligent and energetic. 2.  Am/Mex/Int'l/World Ch. Starbrite Wonder Bright Star, JH (Sienna)  completed her World Championship at the World Dog Show in Mexico City last May and will be bred later in 2008.  Sire TBA.  Litter will be whelped and raised at Bright Star.

3.  Mex. Ch. Starbrite Vabrill Bright Star (Chac) will be bred in the fall of 2008, sire TBA.  Litter will be whelped and raised at Bright Star.

4.  We have one or two other females that we are considering breeding in 2008, and Am/Can/Mex/Intl Ch. Starbrite Marvel Bright Star, JH (Journey) has a number of females coming for breeding in 2008.
