To Request an Assignment
WESCO posts its entire game schedule on this site. To request an assignment,
send an email to the appropriate scheduler that includes Your Name The Game Number(s) you are requesting
as well as the position you are requesting (Center or
Assistant)
The referee assignor will assign games based on your requests and
qualifications. Your request is not an assignment. You will receive email
notice of actual games assigned from WESCO.
If You Must Change a Confirmed Assignment
Please give WESCO as much notice as possible! Send an email to
the appropriate scheduler and indicate which game(s) you need to change. You
will receive notification that you have been unassigned. Please
follow-up and make sure your name has been removed from the game(s).
If you do not receive confirmation to be removed from the schedule, try to
reach the scheduler by phone, and if unsuccessful contact the WESCO office.
Payment of Referees & Monitors
Referees are paid near the middle and the end of each month, depending on
the number of games. Game cards must be turned in promptly. Payments
are made from the game cards. WESCO is using the official CYSA Game
Card for all play except U8s. The only acceptable address for mail is PO Box
243, Sebastopol CA 95473 - please throw away any cards with any other
address. Cards may also be dropped in the box outside the WESCO office.
Centers who have had assistants must be especially careful to
turn cards in ASAP, so their assistants aren't calling WESCO officials,
wondering why they weren't paid! |
