About Fusion Broadband
First and foremost, our Fusion Broadband services are fast and unlimited. Single lines are capable of download speeds up to 20Mbps per line, depending upon distance. That means that with two line configurations, it's possible to get up to a massive 40 Mbps! Lines run at their maximum possible speed, so with Sonic.net Fusion, you always get the best broadband value.
Customizable profiles allow you to prioritize your traffic for your upstream or downstream speed preference. Upstream speed is up to 1Mbps for per line in the standard configuration (Annex A), or up to 2.5Mbps per line with upstream priority configuration (Annex M). For two line service, this means up to 2Mbps or up to 5Mbps. For details, see the Annex M FAQ.
Now choose Dynamic IPs or a Static IP, at no extra cost! If you need more static IPs, a block of 4 IPs is available for an additional $10/mo, or 8 for an additional $20/mo.
Fusion does not require an annual contract, it's simply a month to month term. Finally, the price is our standard monthly rate, not an intro price. Fusion delivers your best broadband and phone service value, month after month.

Switching from your current carrier is easy, and you can keep your current telephone number.
Telephone service is traditional land-line dial-tone, so it's reliable even in a power outage. Fusion phone includes the features you expect like 911 (emergency) 411 (directory) and 611 (customer service). Our standard voice service works with your existing phones, on your existing phone jacks. No special hardware is required, and it's not "VoIP" - so it's easy and reliable.
Note: Nationwide Unlimited applies to all 50 states, plus Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.

Enhanced Modem and WiFi router combination. Includes 4 additional Ethernet ports and support for 802.11b/g/n WiFi connectivity, for greater networking flexibility.
Fusion Installation
Fusion installation is just like setting up a new phone line with DSL. You can choose whether you would like to complete it yourself, or if you would prefer that a Sonic.net technician install it for you.
Self-Install - Free
Self installation requires plugging in the DSL modem to the correct telephone jack, and connecting it to your PC or network. We recommend this option if you are switching existing DSL and/or land-line telephone service to Sonic.net Fusion. For locations without existing phone service, if telephone wiring is not already in place you may need to run a new wire or connect existing wiring to the newly delivered service. If you are comfortable hooking up wiring and electronics, the self-install option may be appropriate for you.
Technician Install - $75
We will send a Sonic.net technician to your location to install the Fusion service for you. We recommend this option for new service in apartment buildings where wiring may be more complex. Exclusions: multi-story units without existing available wire may be impossible to serve.Fusion FAQ
What's Fusion Broadband + Phone?
Fast residential broadband plus traditional home phone service, together at a low monthly price.
How fast is Fusion Broadband?
While speeds vary depending on your distance from your friendly neighborhood Central Office, single lines get download speeds up to 20Mbps and upload speeds up to 1Mbps. Two line service doubles that with up to 40Mbps down and 2Mbps up. You can also add an Annex-M configuration to your line, and you could be seeing uploads at up to 2.5Mbps per line.
What services are included with the included phone line?
Pretty much all of them.
How is billing for Fusion service managed?
Fusion service is billed monthly to a credit or debit card. Recurring monthly service is billed in advance, and any applicable usage charges are billed in arrears. A credit or debit card is required.
How many years is the contract I have to sign to get this low price?
0 years. There is no contract. Pricing is strictly month-to-month.
Oh I get it, this is "intro pricing". You raise it after a few months.
Nope. This isn't an intro rate. The month-to-month rate is $39.95 for one line and $69.95 for two. Simple.
