1. What is Sonic.net Data Backup?

   Sonic.net data backup provides a way for you to safely and securely backup your important files and pictures incase of computer failure.

2. Can I perform a bare metal restore?

   The Sonic.net data backup service is designed for backing up important documents and pictures from your computer.
   You can not use it to restore from a complete system failure. In the event of a complete system failure you will need to re-install your operating system plus any applications that you had installed at the time of failure. Once that step is complete you can use the Sonic.net data backup restoration feature to restore your important documents and pictures to your computer.
