Sonic.net Hosted Game Servers

Sonic.net has several dedicated servers for hosting online games.
These are owned and managed by Sonic.net staffers, and are colocated in our datacenter to provide an excellent gaming experience for Sonic customers.

Unreal Tournament 2004

Click the above link to join immediately.
To add the server to your in-game server-browser's Favorites list, follow these steps:

1. At the UT2004 menu, click "Join Game"
2. Click the "Favorites" tab at the top of the screen
3. Right-click in the blank space below the tabs and choose "Add to Favorites"
4. Type the IP address listed above into the dialogue box, then click "OK"

You should now have "Sonic UT2004 Dedicated Server" in your list of Favorites.
Highlight that entry and click "Join" to join the server.

Battlefield 1942 / Desert Combat

To add the server to your in-game server-browser's Favorites list, follow these steps:

1. At the main menu, select the profile to log in as
2. Select Multiplayer
3. Select Online Play
4. Select Add Server
5. Type the IP address listed above into the dialogue box, with port 14567, then click "OK"

You should now have "Sonic BF1942/DC Server" in your list of Favorites.
Highlight that entry and click "Join" to join the server.

Unreal Tournament 2004 Demo

Click the above link to join immediately.
To add the server to your in-game server-browser's Favorites list, follow the steps listed for the UT2004 server above.
The demo can be obtained free of charge at http://www.unrealtournament.com

Halo: Combat Evolved

To join the server follow these instructions.

1. Launch the Halo client
2. Select Multiplayer
3. Select Direct IP connection
4. Enter the server name halo.sonic.net and click connect

Below is a list of game servers managed by Sonic.net customers. These servers may be hosted in our data center or on DSL lines.
If you would like to have your server added to the list, please email support@sonic.net referencing this URL. Include the server name, IP, port number and what game it is serving.
