Whenever I call in for tech support, I get a live engineer within 10 seconds. This is unlike the SBC type of support where you get punted around the company phone tree to under qualified people who never seem to solve the problem in a timely manner on the first call, or even the second, third, fourth, etc. 5 out of 5 stars for you guys, for the network itself, the customer service, and the bang for my buck. Lastly, I have to say the MOTD is a welcomed email. I like how you guys let us know what happened, why it happened, and how it was fixed.
