I called in the evening, expecting an answering machine instead of a human. Your rep picked up after maybe two minutes on hold. The rep walked me through a problem connecting my DSL box to my Mac, and about five minutes after that everything was working perfectly. A very positive experience. -- Michael in Petaluma

The Sonic.net network rocks. I've been a customer for almost 2 years and will never switch to another provider. Whenever I call in for tech support, I get a live engineer within 10 seconds. This is unlike the SBC type of support where you get punted around the company phone tree to under qualified people who never seem to solve the problem in a timely manner on the first call, or even the second, third, fourth, etc. 5 out of 5 stars for you guys, for the network itself, the customer service, and the bang for my buck. Lastly, I have to say the MOTD is a welcomed email. I like how you guys let us know what happened, why it happened, and how it was fixed. Each of the reps were very knowledgeable and seemed to have the info re: my prior calls and between them were able to get my problem solved. I'm sure if I was more knowledgeable about computers the problem would have been solved sooner but each exhibited remarkable patience with me and were able to lead me through it all.
