I called in the evening, expecting an answering machine instead of a human. Your rep picked up after maybe two minutes on hold. The rep walked me through a problem connecting my DSL box to my Mac, and about five minutes after that everything was working perfectly. A very positive experience. -- Michael in Petaluma
