I called in the evening, expecting an answering machine instead of a human. Your rep picked up after maybe two minutes on hold. Each of the reps were very knowledgeable and seemed to have the info re: my prior calls and between them were able to get my problem solved. I'm sure if I was more knowledgeable about computers the problem would have been solved sooner but each exhibited remarkable patience with me and were able to lead me through it all.
