This is unlike the SBC type of support where you get punted around the company phone tree to under qualified people who never seem to solve the problem in a timely manner on the first call, or even the second, third, fourth, etc. 5 out of 5 stars for you guys, for the network itself, the customer service, and the bang for my buck. Lastly, I have to say the MOTD is a welcomed email. I like how you guys let us know what happened, why it happened, and how it was fixed.
