Software Disclaimer
Sonic provides its members with Internet connectivity.
If you are unable to connect your computer to Sonic using
the connection software included with your operating system, please call our technical support line at (707)
547-3400. Telephone technicians are available between the hours of 9am and
9pm, Saturday and Sunday, and 8am to 9pm Monday through Friday. Our
technical support staff is not available on major holidays.
Sonic does not author (make) the above mentioned software
and therefore assumes no responsibility for its compatibility and performance.
As a courtesey, Sonic.net technical support representatives will provide
best-effort support for common web browsing and mail clients such as
Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, Eudora, and Outlook Express. A wide
variety of internet-related software is usable over Sonic.net connections.
