To use the Wizard:
This is the Eudora pro setup wizard, which will launch upon first-time
startup. I don't think you can get it back again once you are past it the
first time.
To create an account or modify settings without using the wizard:
Go to "Tools," select "Options."
That's all that is really required, but here are some other categories to look at for saving password, leaving mail on server, sending immediately or queuing outbound messages, etc.:
