Rosenberg's Department Store Building Restoration, Santa Rosa, CA.

After years of effort by the community to save this prominent building from demolition, Tierney/Figueiredo was selected to restore and rehabilitate this historic 1937 art moderne structure. Currently occupied by Barnes and Nobles and Starbucks Coffee on the ground floor and office uses on the upper floor, this renovation project was a notable part of the revitalization of downtown Santa Rosa.
