Tierney/Figueiredo Architects provided architectural services for the multi-phased renovation and seismic upgrading of Santa Rosa's eleven building City Hall complex. Construction of Phase I was completed in December of 1997. The project consists of asbestos abatement, and new roofing, skylights and HVAC units throughout the City Hall complex. In addition, new ceilings, lighting, carpeting and mechanical ducting will be installed in over 32,000 square feet of the City Hall. Our scope of work also included providing construction cost estimates, construction phasing and scheduling information.
