 FTP Client Help:
1. Click FILE then NEW SITE 2. Type in a name for the site. This can be any name you want.(ex: tfa-ftp-site) 3. FTP Host Address: Type in 216.210.128.138 4. FTP Site User Name: Type in the user name emailed to you. 5. FTP Site Password: Type in the password emailed to you. 6. FTP Site Connection Port is typically defaulted to port 21. 7. Login Type is Normal 8. Right click on the FTP Site Name (1) and pick Advanced then Add Path Bookmark. 9. Remote Path is "/path1/path2". This will be emailed to you. There will be a slash, path, slash, path and any extra slashes will make it not connect. 10. Click Connect. At this point it will connect to our on site server and allow you to access the file that you have permission to access and download. You cannot use your browser to do this FTP transfer since most browsers do not allow you to enter in a Username/Password when connecting to a secure FTP Site.
