BRACEWOOD Much of our bracewood starts from a split face, and many of the pieces sent to you may have a split face. However, most of the pieces are sawn.
KERFING We offer the two styles of kerfing illustrated above. These have been the easier styles to glue for most builders and manufacturers. The dimensions are 0.65" (glued to side) X 0.22" (glued to top/back) and the flat is about 0.20" for the standard kerfing. The width on the reverse kerfing is 0.69" and the thickness is 0.22". (32" in length). Standard kerfing available in Honduran mahogany and Sitka spruce, reverse available in Spanish cedar.
