"I found you through the 2006 Poet's Market. Though I've written for most of my 46 years, I'm new to writing (though not reading) poetry. For decades I wrote songs, stories, and insanely long letters about books and ideas and love (which is sometimes an idea and other times the embodiment of thoughtlessness). After setting my third unfinished novel, I realized it was time to find out what I was meant to do instead of what I would prefer to see myself doing. That's poetry.
