Antiweb Questionnaire Candidate - Mr. Malcolm Humes
What hardware do you use in HTML production?
OS? Win 95 - sometimes unix. Rarely a Mac.
Thumbs Plus for catalogging but didn't register yet and might not, seems a bit buggy but the best to do fast thumbnails and file hierarchy maintenance of large numbers of graphic files.
Graphic Workshop for Windows - was using to catalog but it's got a clumsy front end. Is nice for batch conversions, batch resizings, etc. Seems less versatile for cropping and minor edits.
Polyview - nice 32bit fast viewer helper but limited in edit/conversion capabilities. Still, since Lview starting hanging I mostly use this for default windows file associations for many graphics types.
Corel PhotoPaint - paid $100 for a version of this and it's nice for a lot of effects, which I barely use - photoshop like feathering, motion, etc etc .
Aldus Photostyler - came with my ROM drive, has some nice effects.
Altamira Composer - another ROM bundle, has some effects the others don't, use Kai's Power Tools filters -limited in file input (won't load a GIF or JPEG).
HSC's Digital Morph - anotehr bundle and really fun for morphs - also good for outputting animated frames of morphs and converting file sequences to avi or mpg animations.
Kai's Power Tools - another bundle, I barely use. I want Bryce for PC!
Photoshop - rarely, the 2.? version I had won't run under Win 95.
