3. Oppose it at all levels of government:

a. Write, telephone, e-mail or however you
can, express your worries, concerns, counter-suggestions to your elected
representatives -- Governor Gray Davis, U.S. Senators Boxer and Feinstein,
U.S. Representative Mike Thompson, Assemblyperson Virginia Strom-Martin,
State Senator Wes Chesbro, Supervisor Paul Kelley and Mayor Steve Allen,
through letters, public appearances and petitions.
4. Write letters to government officials.
Names and addresses of local, county, state
and federal officials who should be contacted regarding your concerns about
the proposed Lytton Pomo project are now available on the web site. Download
them and use them. There is a link to a form letter on the web site for
those who want to use it as a starting point. Feel free to use it.

a. Express our support of and encourage
Gov. Davis in his efforts to keep Casinos out of Urban Areas.

b. Write the Bureau of Indian Affairs protesting
the proposed abuse of the land by the Lytton Band and indicating that the
neighborhood will not willingly allow anyone, regardless of race, creed
or color to violate the local health, safety and welfare rules and regulations.

Attend Town Council, Board of Supervisors and other pertinent meetings.

7. Circulate Petitions among our neighbors,
family and friends.
Show our opposition to the establishment of a
reservation in or near Windsor and present the petitions to the Board of
Supervisors, the Town Council and the BIA.
