We, the undersigned, residents and citizens of Sonoma County outraged by the proposed development of 50 acres of land located on Windsor River Road west of the Town of Windsor, do hereby register our PROTEST the creation of a Reservation by the Bureau of Indian Affairs to be held in trust for the use of the Lytton Band of Pomo Indians, and to the use of the land for a casino or for construction of 50-97 dwellings, roundhouse, administrative buildings, sewage plant and causing irreparable damage to the environment including denudation of a native Oak Woodland thereon in violation of the General Plan and zoning regulations of the County of Sonoma.
