This page is dedicated to news articles, web sites
and information that has been gathered about the San Pablo Casino and it's
tribal trust status and quest for Casino III status. The Lytton's
partner, Katz, has apparently conditioned the purchase of the Windsor site
for the Lytton Band upon the successful conversion of the San Pablo Casino
to a level III Casino. Since the Lytton Band has no money of their
own, if the opponents of the San Pablo Casino succeed in defeating it,
the purchase of the Windsor site will not go through, unless the Lytton
Band finds another source of income.
Legislation that originally gave the Lytton
Pomo Band the ability to apply for rights:
The following is the wording that was put into
the Bill by Miller and which Senator Reid is proposing to delete from the
bill.
