STREET PAINTING
For fun I have become involved in some of the local Street Painting Festivals held around California.
The art of street painting I believe dates back to renaissance Italy, where itinerant artists would
gather donations by reproducing images of the Madonna in front of the cathedrals. The following images
were produced using standard artists chalks on asphalt pavement in parking lots and on streets.
Image sizes usually range from about 3' X 3' to 24' X 24', but can be as large as space allows.
