Everyone in the disability and humanities seems to be treating this as the bible. In particular those in the arts regard it highly.

What Can a Body Do? was in Haverford, http://exhibits.haverford.edu/whatcanabodydo/
Her newest is Cripping Cyberspace: A Contemporary Virtual Art Exhibition, http://www.commonpulse.ca/
A. Laura Brody has pushed the limits on disability imagery with her series of shows Opulent Mobility.
Betsy Bayha directed a documentary, "Outsider: The Life and Art of Judith Scott" I thought it was skillfully done, focusing on the art and artist with her disability experiences as background.
Chris Smit, http://smitwork.com/ has just started a journal and festival on disability and art in addition to a disability art festival in Grand Rapids, DisArt.
Some artists I really like:
Lisa Bufano is the dancer that impressed me along at the Bodies of Work dance performance in Chicago. She died in 2013.
Another dancer who continues to create important pieces is Alice Sheppard.
Sandie Yi has done some powerful pieces with Crip Couture, http://cripcouture.org/Artist.asp?ArtistID=33180&Akey=56CFLP9D
I get a kick out of Laura Swanson’s work, in particular her photographs, http://www.lauraswanson.com/
Katherine Sherwood is probably the best known artist in this group. She’s a retired professor at UC Berkeley, http://katherinesherwood.com/
The LEAD conference at the Kennedy Center has to do with accessibility in the arts, http://www.kennedy-center.org/accessibility/education/lead/conference.html
DS-HUM, the disability humanities listserv is moderated and has mostly academics, but also many artists, https://listserv.umd.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=ds-hum&A=1
