Flashlight body is from a 2 AA cell incandescent for kids
bought at Walmart for $5
LED bank is a 12 Red LED taillight from Kragen Auto Supply
for $7
Cut cell compartment with a dremel to accomodate 9 v
battery
Add slider switch and select 2 resistors to get 10 mA
and 50 mA with 9V battery
