Don't you realize that you already have?
You promised.
You promised you wouldn't.
          And you did.
It really doesn't matter how conflicted you are or were,
because you still did it.
You still let it happen.
You saw it coming, and you did nothing.
Much like you intend to do nothing now,
just avoid this.
          Well, this won't be avoided.
          It will come searching for you,
and seek you out until you are as unhappy as I am.
I can't wait until, when you're sitting there
                    thinking about this
you realize
          you understand
That this could all have been avoided
if you hadn't been so damn passive.
If you had actually stood up and said something,
if you had fought for something you seemed to care about.
You let it be destroyed.
You let something that belonged to both of us
                    go to waste.
And I hope that knowledge kills you
          every time you touch him.
