BLADE IN THE BUTTOCKS (1967)

After filming "The Gassy Gondolier" on location in Italy, Chuck was anxious to make another Western. Using his familiar themes of molestation and revenge, Chuck created this magnificent saga about a bashful knifesman who comes to town looking for love, only to be beaten and sexually abused by some brutal cowpokes. He vows revenge, and tracks them down one by one. Critics loved the film, although they felt that Chuck was rehashing ideas from his own "Flaming Flocksman" film of a few years before. Once again, the public went nuts and the film made a fortune!
