CHAOS IN THE COCKPIT (1961)

After years of violent action films, Chuck wanted to try his hand at screwball comedy. Even in this lighter genre, Chuck was still able to permeate the film with weird sexual symbolism. Chuck and Jeff Chandler co-star as a pair of "cockpit Casanovas" whose unnatural mating brings a stunning surprise - Jeff gives birth to a bouncy baby boy!! Hilarity ensues as Jeff and Chuck bicker about diapers and breastfeeding, all the while trying to fly a jumbo jet that's falling apart at the seams! Critics were enchanted by this light-hearted romp, and the public turned out in droves!
