The Expedition is a large field and camp knife. It's ground from
3/16" ATS-34 and heat treated by Paul Bos with a cryo quench this knife has
a hard edge. It has a full tang for increased strength and the handle
under belly drops in the back to lock the hand securely in. The blade finish is
a mirror polish giving a beautiful appearance and further increasing its
resistance to rust and darkening. The handle scales are made from Elk horn that has been dyed with black-blue and contrasts very nicely with the white of the horn. Guard is formed from 416 SS; pins and thong hole are also stainless. This Expedition comes with a very nice black leather sheath as shown.
