This Tracker makes a great camp and trail knife ally. The 3/16" thick 1095
carbon blade is realativly easy to sharpen but still holds a good edge due
to the differential harding of the blade. This provides an edge hardness of
around 60 Rc with its back or spine much softer in the low 50's Rc and the
tip is tempered to 55 Rc. The blade is browned giving it a low reflective
finish and a good measure of rust protection. It fits nicely in the
hand with a full tang and Macadamia wood handle. The Tracker comes with a
tooled brown leather sheath.
