A few sentences about myself:

I was born in Berne, Unterweser (map, pics and links), a landscape just behind the levee against the North Sea floods running into our Weser river at north or north west stormy winter nights. A very low situated, wet, and heavy land with many cows on green pastures. Most of my youth I have been living in beautiful Bremen City.

I studied the humanities at the University of Cologne (German and English Literature, Pedagogics, Philosophy, Linguistics, Sociology) and worked as a teacher for German as a foreign language.
In 1991 I started a new career as programmer, database expert, software engineer, project manager, and GUI specialist.
