Le Poesie – Pinot Grigio:  Straw color in appearance, this Pinot Grigio comes from the sun blessed hills of Venito Italy. Great alone, or with cheeses and light meals. 100% Pinot Grigio, 11.5% alc.

Le Poesie – Soave Classico: This elegant Soave Classico is made from 100% Garganega grapes and would be a major accompaniment for fish, appetizers, light meals and as an aperitif. See if you can taste the apple? 12.5% ALC.

Le Poesie – VALPOLICELLA sUPERIORE: This wine features a ruby red color, an intense aroma with a hint of wild berries. An ideal companion for the entire meal, especially with meats and cheeses. Comprised of 70% Corvina and 30% Rondinella grapes with 12.5% alc.

Le Poesie – Valpolicella della Amarone: WOW! An opulent wine solidly within the classic Verona tradition. A gold medal winner at the National Women Wine Competition in California. Deep ruby with garnet highlights the color of the 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 5% Molinara grapes. A well rounded wine with a 14.5% alc.

Remick Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon 2001 – 2002 - 2003: Another gem from the hillside vineyards of Sonoma County. Winemaker Richard Arrowood turns these certified organic grapes into a wine where tasting is believing. There are only 300 cases produced each year  from this estate vineyard.

All vintages are 100% cabernet sauvignon and are optimized at 14.5% alc. Owner Tom Smothers grandfather Ed Remick said “this is it” when he saw the vineyard location for the first time. This full bodied wine goes great with red meat, and sharp cheeses. Enjoy!
