163 paid spectators came out to watch opening night for the 94
Specialized Friday Night Breakaway Series. There was lots of fast racing
action with large firlds in all categories, except the women who only had
4 rider. The star of the night was 93 Master's Sprint champion Larry
Nolan from Fremont who 3 events eventhough he was riding in the open
category with younger competitors.
The Friday Night Breakaway Series will continue next week with the main
event for the 1/2 and Pro riders being a points race.
