Born in Vancouver, Canada, Jeremy received his first law degree from the University of Victoria, ranked #1 among Canadian law schools. After handling several trials in Canada, he decided to move to California. He passed the California Bar exam in 1998, and received his results while completing a Master's Degree in Health Law at Widener University in Delaware.
While obtaining this specialty degree, Jeremy also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Marvin Halbert of the Complex Civil Litigation Division, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
His academic awards include ranking as a National Finalist at the Canadian Moot Court Competition and receiving the Award of Excellence in Product Liability at Widener University in Delaware.
Jeremy is admitted to practice law before all the State Courts and Federal Courts of California and has also been admitted pro hac vice to handle cases in New York, New Jersey, and Arizona.
